Partner-Supplied Rotary Burr Range

Carbide Rotary Burrs

Explore partner-supplied carbide rotary burrs available through MSU in listed shapes, cut types, metric and inch dimensions and set configurations. The range includes individual carbide burrs and rotary files organized by head shape and complete product reference.

Select tungsten carbide burrs by the required profile, cut type, head diameter, head length, shank and application conditions. MSU reviews the submitted tool reference, machine or handpiece, workpiece and order requirement before selection or quotation.

Send the required shape, cut type, dimensions, workpiece and quantity for product-specific review.

Compare twelve rotary-burr shape routes, then confirm the cut code and complete dimensional reference required for the application.

The shape letters identify burr profiles. They must be combined with the exact cut, head and shank dimensions before a burr is reviewed. Router bits, engraving cutters and drill bits are separate product types.

Radius Burrs

Review the complete reference, cut diameter, cut length, shank diameter and overall length.

Combination Burrs

Review the complete reference and dimensional row for the required combined profile.

Burr Sets

Review the shank configuration, piece count, included shapes or sizes and packaging for the selected set.

Continue to compare shape, cut and dimensional fields before choosing an individual burr or set.

Compare Product Types

Choose the shape for the required access and profile, then verify the cut code and complete dimensional row.

A similar visual profile does not establish the correct burr. Shape, cut code, head dimensions, shank, machine or handpiece, workpiece and operating conditions must be reviewed together.
