Partner-Supplied Tool Holding Systems

Toolholders

Explore partner-supplied toolholders available through MSU for milling, turning and boring operations, plus collet chuck systems and related accessories. The range is organized by machine process and holder type so buyers can reach the correct product family before comparing references.

Select CNC tool holders by the machine interface, tool or insert interface, holder type, size, projection and required accessory. MSU reviews the submitted machine, tool and order information before selection or quotation.

Send the machine interface, process, holder requirement, tool reference and quantity for review.

Compare Toolholder Types

Compare Product Types

Choose the product family by machine process, then verify the complete machine interface, holder reference and tool or insert interface.

A similar interface name, holder appearance or nominal size does not establish compatibility. Submit any runout, accuracy, balance, torque or coolant requirement with its measurement method and operating conditions.

Review Toolholder Selection Inputs

Choose Toolholders for Your Application

Toolholder selection requires the machine interface, holder configuration and compatible cutting-tool or insert reference to be reviewed together.

  • Machine make and model, spindle or turret interface and any available interface drawing.
  • Process: milling, external turning, internal turning, threading, grooving, parting or boring.
  • Required holder type and complete current holder code when available.
  • Cutting tool, insert, cutter or collet reference, including all visible markings.
  • Required size, shank, clamping range, projection, reach or boring range as applicable.
  • Hand, approach angle, coolant route and accessory requirement when relevant.
  • Target runout, accuracy, balance or torque only when accompanied by a measurement method and operating condition.
  • Quantity, destination country, target date and required quality documents.

Supply and Quality Control

The Toolholders range is partner-supplied through MSU. Product identification, requested quality information and order requirements are confirmed for the selected reference before quotation.

The current partner catalog, complete selected reference and confirmed order requirement provide the basis for product review.

State any required dimensional report, material document, identification record, packaging requirement or other quality document before quotation so its availability and scope can be checked for the exact product.

Supplier, incoming or outgoing verification and available evidence are confirmed by product and order. Interface compatibility, runout, balance, torque and machining results depend on the exact reference and stated operating conditions. See Quality Control for inspection processes and quality-document requests.

Toolholder Selection Questions

Are these toolholders manufactured by MSU?

No. MSU supplies Toolholders through its partner network.

Which toolholder page should I use?

Start with the machine process: milling, turning or boring. Use Collet Chucks when the requirement is a tool-clamping chuck, collet or related listed accessory.

Can MSU confirm whether a holder fits my machine and tool?

Submit the machine model and interface, complete holder code, tool or insert code, dimensions and any drawings. Compatibility is reviewed case by case and is not inferred from a category name.

Are runout, accuracy or balance values guaranteed?

Provide the runout, accuracy or balance target, measurement method, speed and operating conditions so MSU can check the selected holder and available product records.

Are collets and accessories available separately?

Some components are listed in the current catalog. Supply status, included components and compatibility must be confirmed for the complete references at quotation.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Samples are charged according to the product and sample freight is paid by the customer. The exact reference, quantity and terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Can I request quality documents?

Yes. State the required document and acceptance basis before quotation so product- and order-specific availability can be checked.
