Multi-Form Thread Mills

MSU manufactures multi-form thread mills across 14 catalog product groups, including three-tooth, full-form, multi-row and special catalog structures.

Compare the groups by structure, thread standard, pitch or TPI, thread length, cutting diameter, internal or external condition and reach. Send the catalog group or entry when known, or provide the complete thread drawing and machining conditions for review.

Send the full thread designation, pitch or TPI, thread length, diameter, position and workpiece for review.

Explore Multi-Form Thread Mills

The current MSU range contains 14 multi-form product groups. These include Metric three-tooth 2D, 3D and 4D groups; material-, coating- and application-labeled three-tooth groups; extended Metric and UNC/UNF routes; Metric ISO and UNC/UNF/UNEF full-form routes; a left-hand two-row group; and a taper bone-plate group with 55-degree and 60-degree labels.

Full-form and multi-row describe the multi-form structures listed in the catalog. For aerospace or medical applications, specify the required tool, workpiece, dimensions, process and documentation; an application label alone does not confirm certification, approval or suitability.
